Our Identity in the Community
The Tri-Cities Chaplaincy's
service area has grown beyond the Tri-Cities area. We changed our name to "The Chaplaincy"
to reflect this growth. By applying for a dba (doing
business as) status in 2005 with the State, the name changed, however, the
legal name of the organization remains:
Tri-Cities Chaplaincy.

describes our mission and focus of supporting those experiencing grief and
loss.
The Chaplaincy's
hospice care and
Cork's Place program have become very well known in the community.
So well known that people don't know they are operated by The
Chaplaincy.
We don't want people to forget the organization that makes the work
possible. Therefore we created logo's for each of these services to help keep the work and the
organization together.
